Method of operation
Service Review Metting Up notification of selection as the preferred service provider, SHAFANA FACILITIES & TECHNICAL SERVICES meets with the client representative to develop a project plan. Additionally, during the service tenure the Operations Manager / Supervisor holds joint service Review Meetings with client representative where the key performance indicators assist to ensure that SHAFANA FACILITIES & TECHNICAL SERVICES provide aconsistently high standard of service. This ultimately results in identifying any areas of improvement at the earliest opportunity.
